We are only familiar with this particular style and size. It is a pull-up brief with a stretchy surrounding panel and a thick absorbing panel which is the only bulky part of the product. If it is necessary, for ease of removal, the sides have a perforated strip so they can be pulled apart. The brief is well made and leakage was not a problem.
