I bought this for a TYT MD-390, and it worked really well. It feels great in the hand, and the PTT button has a nice predictable click instead of being spongy like some cheaply-made speaker mics. Thus, if you need a heavier-duty speaker mic with good volume and good sound quality in both directions, then this is a good choice. Important: The one I purchased (shipped from and sold by Amazon) was genuine.
