A: They are all the same size.

A: That's too bad. But the exercises on the DVD R pretty standard Pilates with bands. You tube reformer band exercises and ull be fine.

A: Yes. It requires diligence. You have to make the product work for you, but there are videos that show many options.

**Q: Will this work for a short person 5'2"?**
