Good, solid, economical antenna
A quick review of this tri-band antenna... Fit and finish: Excellent. It ships with the section above the center coil removed. A hex key is enclosed to tighten after inserting. You can't put it in too far, so there's no adjusting. It also comes with a chromed UHF to NMO adapter, also finished nicely. I don't believe other manufacturers include one of these, so if you were to buy a UHF-mount tribander from the "other" guys and decide to go with the tried-and-true Motorola mount, you can add about $10 to the cost. It also has a "fold-over" feature, where you pull up against some sort of internal spring and lay it over 90 degrees. It's a very strong spring, so it's not going to fold in a heavy wind or at higher speeds. For instance, Around here (Metro Phoenix AZ) if you're doing 80 on the freeways, everyone's passing you. I "kept up with traffic" for my hour or so commute and checked over the antenna afterward. No damage, no weakness, no nothing. In use: I compared this antenna to what I have, a couple dual-banders on my truck and a dual-band J-pole at home. I don't have fancy meters and such, but I can tell you the 320 compares very favorably to more expensive hardware. I had no problems hitting mountaintop repeaters on all 3 bands all over metro Phoenix. At the current price of $58 this item is $15 to $40 cheaper than the major players' equivalent antennas. For my money, it's well worth it

Affordable high performance antenna -repeat buyer
This is my second purchase of this antenna model. I currently have it on my SUV supporting my tri-band UV-25X4 mobile radio. I also have one on my Sonata and will be paired with my BF-F8HP Handheld Of the antennas I own, I have found this one to be the best overall performer when matched with the Nagoya RB-50 magnetic mount it makes an excellent robust antenna system. I have just bought this set up for my son in laws pick up. He lives in hilly rural terrain in northern Virginia and is reporting clear reach out to 25 miles in the 2m band. Very happy.

TB-320A Tri-band::Low/med SWR across all 3 bands. Good Quality. 1-antenna convenience
I was a little skeptical due to a previous review on this, saying that the SWR on the 1.25m / 222MHz, but I took a chance to test myself with my own simple SWR meter. After testing, I almost agreed with him, until I realized that my duplex shifting was still on, taking it out of band. Testing correctly, it did not go above SWR 3 between 222 - 225 . All three bands stay under 3, focus around the 2, and some points get down a little lower. For the trade off of having a tri-band antenna to plug-&-forget with my BTECH UV-2501, the convenience is WELL worth it in my opinion. I also bought the paired magnet mount via this seller, and this is really a convenience. All the parts appear to be of quality and sealed correctly. Also, there are 3 points of adjustment on it for very small tuning. The angle-adjusting mechanism is quite good, as it remained recessed inside the spring loaded base unless needed, so it won't blow over in high winds. That being said, if one does want to angle it,, it really only allows an angle grater than about 30 degrees. If the angle is too small / acute, it is simply snap back into the base. I am sure there are ways to apply a kind of 'cast' if one wanted.

The Nagoya TB-320A is a good tri-band mobile antenna. Its assembly can cause problems.
The Nagoya TB-320A, overall is a nice antenna. I bought one back in October of 2016 and one just recently (almost 10 years later). I gave the first purchase a 5 star rating. On this second antenna for a different vehicle I have to subtract one star for some little nits I didn't have with the first one. Pro: The 2026 purchase had a 10% discount coupon on it. In 2016 Amazon wasn't charging state sales taxes, so for a $57.95 antenna, that's ALL I paid as a Prime Member. With the 2026 purchase I was charged sales tax, but the antenna did not get priced higher on the 10 year later purchase. However, IL sales taxes ate up most of the discount and Prime shipping was still free (although it costs more for a Prime membership these days). So this antenna was a little over $55 out of pocket, not counting the higher costs for Prime membership in 2026 vs 2016. Cons: The 2016 antenna came fully assembled. All I had to do was screw on the UHF female to NMO adapter for my mag mount....and "GO". I will still use the adapter for the mag mount which will secure the 2026 antenna, but... The new, 2026 antenna needs assembling to get it to fit in smaller packaging than the one I bought 10 years ago. No assembly instructions are included, not even cautionary guidance. The fold over UHF base and base coil terminated in a "fat" stainless steel radiator rod at its top. The middle coil needed to be fastened to it and the thinner top "stinger" radiating rod in this middle coil's topside. Two tiny allen wrench tightened stainless set screws are used to assemble the upper and lower rods, plus the middle coil into the final antenna. These set screws are a real bear to assemble due to their size. They are supplied in a little sealed plastic baggie along with the middle coil and the allen wrench. I carefully picked up the first set screw and placed it on the allen wrench to get it started a couple of thread-turns, but it fell off and landed in a fold of my shirt. I tried to carefully retrieve it from the shirt fold, but it fell onto the linoleum floor of my kitchen and bounced and rolled somewhere in an unknown direction. I spent an hour sweeping the floor and moving the kitchen table and chairs around to no avail. Finally I laid down on the floor and shined a flashlight under my refrigerator and saw a tiny glare of shiny stainless steel. I thankfully retrieved it with a yardstick laid flat on the floor. I'm getting too old for that type of detective work. I then moved the assembly onto a kitchen counter with a raised lip on its outer ends to minimize things that like to fall off their allen wrench and roll, as the second screw tried to do this time. One star comes off because if Nagoya wants to work with Amazon to minimize shipping materials and keep things to smaller package sizes: a heavy duty zip close plastic baggie for the antenna from the Nagoya factory shipped in a light weight envelope, I'M ALL FOR THAT. But for heaven's sake, please get the set screws started one or two turns on the middle coil's housing at the Nagoya factory in Taiwan. I'm 10 years older and my arthritic fingers just don't have the fine motor dexterity they had 10 years ago!!! Drop as many screws as it takes back at the factory, but don't just throw two loose set screws in a parts baggie and expect all buyers to attain a 100% success rate without pre-starting their threading as I recommended, or by providing a couple of spare set screws. I should mention that Nagoya at least used two different thicknesses of radiating antenna rod below and above the middle coil. This way the coil cannot be mounted upside down. (Although that should not matter in this application.) You simply cannot "build this antenna wrong". It only goes together "one way". Loosing set screws during assembly, however, is the big problem with the 2026 configuration, as-shipped. The bottom coil should also have some sort of a weather proofing gasket between its UHF bottom and the female UHF to NMO adaptor. Neither the 2016 antenna nor the 2026 antenna had this. O-rings don't work. Make the connection hand tight using an o-ring and the neoprene ring flexes and doesn't seal properly. This missing weather proofing gasket should be a flat neoprene washer of sorts so the flexing of a thin torus shaped o-ring's flexing does not happen. Conclusion: The new and old TB-320A's both work well enough for their intended purposes. This Nagoya tri-band mobile antenna seems to also be the only product commercially available to cover the USA 2m, 222, and 430/440 bands using a single antenna and mount. (I like to avoid multiple mounts and expensive diplexers or triplexers whenever possible.) I wouldn't shy away from purchasing this antenna, because the assembled product works well, as tested on an MFJ antenna meter. I look forward to using it. However, do beware of the pitfalls of the current shipping version needing simple assembly with enough parts that allow only one chance to "get it right". The inclusion of loosely packaged set screws that can easily be lost, without spares for a 2nd chance is something to really be "wary of". Again, Nagoya should really pre-install these set screws into the antenna's middle coil for the buyer, or else include a few spare set screws in the parts baggie.

The antenna performs horribly; It came with 1 setscrew missing; DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!
I ordered 1, missing a setscrew. I ordered a replacement; same thing. I borrowed a setscrew to test it. I couldn't even get the repeater to stay with me while in-town! And returning it? They want me to wait 30 days before I get a refund AND they want me to provide a box to return it ... I didn't get it in a box, but a cheap envelope!! I won't be doing business with Nagoya anymore. Poor business practices, poor QA on products before shipping, poor quality antenna, and very poor customer service.

Impressed with the quality and operation of this antenna
Took it out of the package, put it together, connected the NMO adapter, and screwed it unto my mount. I was surprised with 1:1 SWR on GMRS frequencies and 70 CM Ham frequencies. The antenna feels quality and sturdy. I normally do not write reviews, but the antenna impressed me.

Parts Missing
SWRs good, but missing set screws. They spend a LOT of time assuring us that this is "authentic, genuine" Nagoya, even including special little card in the heavy vinyl zipper bag it comes in, but then they have missing parts, necessitating a return and re-order. Am paying extra for the name and "quality", but now I have no confidence in their quality assurance. Disappointing. Oh btw.. assembly is required.. but no big deal as you'll likely want to fine tune it for your specific install anyway, and the hex key is included to loosen/tighten the set screws for adjustments... OH! that is IF the set screws are actually included with yours! LoL

Geninune. Works well.
Works well - allows me to transmit and receive on VHF, 220 and UHF up to 100KM or more.

Poor Quality
Could not use. Set screw opening not threaded making the antenna useless. This was a manufacturing defect. Difficulty doing Amazon return from Canada so I did not reorder. It was necessary to take the return 55km. one way to the nearest UPS store.
