Excellent book for kids to learn and they are interested in it. Also it is easy for parents to check.

This is a good book, however it is not a science dictionary filled with science definitions and pictures like most DK illustrated books. This is more of a workbook about many diverse science topics. I have a niece on the spectrum that I homeschool, so I have many books that provide visuals on words and math and on many topics. This is a good book but it is not a dictionary.
