I'm sorry to hear some people receiving unsatisfactory panels, because that was not my experience at all. I purchased this from desertcart Warehouse deals "Used-Very Good" and was a little bit worried because of a) it's used and b) reading about the IPS glow and BLB issues I thought for sure a returned unit would be defective but low and behold it seems I've won the so called panel lottery. There is no BLB to speak of, the IPS glow is minimal, viewing angles are amazing, colours are crisp, rich and stunning, clarity is amazing and the high refresh rate and gaming features combine to make this one of my best purchases of the year. If you are a gamer like me and want to be truly blown away by the power of your gaming rig, this is the way to do it. Once you go 170hz, ELMB/g-sync smooth motion you won't ever want to go back. Oh and the HDR is decent. I own a Sony x900h which has a much higher peak brightness so I was a little disappointed with it but I knew what I was getting when I bought this monitor and it wasn't for HDR. It is nice to have though and is able to bring out some highlights in games. What are you waiting for? Buy this monitor!!! If so what size.** A: The monitor has the vesa mount standard 100x100mm. You can take this mount > topproducts24com/mounting-dream-md2463/ < I'm very happy with it. **Q: How much better is this compared to the previous vg27aq (155hz model)?** A: The VG27AQ isn't a "previous model", these are two separate models that are both still being manufactured and offered by ASUS - the VG27AQ features a more advanced IPS (In-Plane Switching) panel whereas the lower priced VG27BQ has what is considered to be an older, lesser technology, a TN (Twisted Nematic) panel that generally has lower quality color reproduction and restricted viewing angles. The benefit of a TN is a faster response time and less smearing, but the newer IPS panels have much better response times than the first few generations. So technically, this monitor is considered to be a step-down in quality, more of a budget monitor than the other one, although both provide excellent value for their feature set. Hopefully this helps answer your question. **Q: Is the included display port cable capable of running the monitor 1440p @ 165/170 Hz?** A: The included dp cable works fine for me. Looks real nice with HDR and I’m still able to get 170fps on COD Warzone. I honestly can’t feel a difference coming from a 240hz Benq monitor but I can sure see a difference, it’s like night and day **Q: Does this have 3.5mm port for outputting audio?** A: Yes, mine has it. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Purchased from Amazon Warehouse deals - Won the Panel lottery *by A***Y on 30 June 2021* This is one of the best monitors I've ever seen for gaming.
