Sorbothane Ultra Graphite Arch Insole,Blue,Women's 9-10 M/Men's 6.5-7.5 M

My mom's ortho recommended this exact brand and style for her plantar fasciitis which I ever-so-lovingly inherited as well. I have tried many inserts over the years - most of which caused more pain in my arch because it was too high. I was skeptical about these because they didn't have a super high arch which what I thought I needed. Boy was I wrong. These are so wonderful and they all-but eliminated the pain in my arches and heel. They were a bit pricier than the others I've tried, but if I added up all the cheaper versions I tried these would have saved me money hand over fist! I'll buy these again for sure!

My planter fasciitis returned with a vengeance. I had old store bought insoles and even professionally made inserts. I then learned the insoles have a limited life and they break down reducing the level of support I needed. These were doctor recommended, so I gave them a try. They are working quite well. They are much better than my older pair offering a good amount of heel and arch support. The insole wasn’t too difficult to put into my shoes. It just takes an little effort. Once in, they are very comfortable. The size is accurate.The pain is now greatly reduced and walking is no longer a problem. I would consider this brand whenever I need to get new ones.

I've had to wear custom foot orthotics since 2017, the kind a doctor makes based on the mold of your foot, and which, without insurance, would cost a thousand dollars. Back in 1996, when I used to run, I used Sorbothane insoles, which were amazing at cushioning. Even with these custom insoles, I had still had pain when I walked, but I soldiered through it.I needed new insoles and it wasn't time yet for my insurance to approve a new set. Then in May 2023, I saw Sorbothane Ultra Graphite Arch Insoles and figured what the heck, try them. These are just as supportive through the arch as my doctor custom insoles, but have much better cushioning. I loved the feel so much, I ordered a second pair when I could afford it.The only downside is that the thin blue cover of these insoles is coming off, after only 2 months of use. So I deducted 1 star. I haven't been barefoot on them. I've been wearing Injinji padded trail socks, which are also cushioning.But even without the piece of blue material, these are great at reducing pain when walking.

I bought these at the end of a long line of insoles as a way to treat plantar fasciitis and bruised heels. I have bought Spenco, custom orthotics, new balance, happy feet, and other orthotics, and these are by far the best for me. What I like about these is that the have a rigid arch support, but a gel heel pad. They are supper supportive, but also soft and comfortable- just what my feet needed. They do take up a lot of shoe, so you may need a larger size, but they are trimmable, and wear extremely well. I have two pair now and keep them in my other set of running shoes so I do not have to move them from shoe to shoe. I will never buy another pair of insoles. I love these and cannot think of going to anything else. My feet feel great after more than a year of trying everything (and I mean everything...)! I went from hobbling around everywhere, to absolutely normal in about a month, with releif starting the day after I bought them! Great buy for the price.

I recently began to have severe achilles and arch pain from over use. In the past I have purchased custom orthotics from a podiatrist, but can't get an appointment for 5 weeks. I decided to give these a try along with RICE for the time being.These seem to really help. After 2 weeks the severe achilles pain is gone. I believe it is a combination of all of the things I am trying.They do take up a lot of space in shoes so I have found they only work in shoes that are a little roomy for me.Very happy and I bought a second pair. I'm going to try the non graphite insoles in other shoes.

these inlays have zero support for a normal or high arch and the sorbothane insole itself is too thin to be effective. sorbothane needs to be THICK to comfort the foot and absorb shock

These were not initially comfortable for me - I could feel the different layers when I walked. Over time I either got used to it or the hard arch support formed to my foot a bit - not sure but I find them comfortable now.What I'm struggling to get over is the squeak. I'm not sure what's causing it but when I walk I squeak with every step. I think I would go nuts without headphones on a longer walk. My wife is not a fan either.So, if you walk/run alone and with headphones on - great choice - just give them time. Otherwise, I don't know if these are the best choice.FWIW these fit into my size 10.5 shoes without any problems - no cutting required.

Good product & it lasts for about 6 month's.
