Pills Are Large
I think it worked as well as what I was trying to replace with something less expensive; however, the gel capsules are much larger than what I was using. When I require lots of supplements, the size is a difficulty.I bought this product more for motility than bloat relief.

Good ingredients, but didn't work for me vs peppermint oil capsules
I decided to take these because in the past I have had peppermint capsules that have some of the similar ingredients in here, like a bit of ginger and fennel. I would often take them with meals and I'd feel them later if I burped and they seemed to really decrease the bloating/light nausea I'd get from a heavy meal.These don't have peppermint in them but I trust this brand and was curious to try the Artichoke based blend in this formula.Unfortunately this really didn't make me feel any less sick or bloated after heavy meals in the way peppermint capsules with fennel/ginger have helped, and I didn't even feel it burping after the meal. This may be OK if you're suffering from certain kinds of bloating but for me it wasn't super noticeable.
