I had a flare up of atopic dermatitis on my neck happen, maybe due to allergies, but the itching was driving me crazy and it was only getting worse as time went on. I bought this crème and it worked wonders! First photo shows what my neck looked like before application. After applying it the first time, the itching stopped after about 10 minutes. Applied it once more that day and by next morning the eczema was clearing up! The inflammation went down and the redness lightened. By day 3 all that’s left is a light pink appearance, as seen in the second photo. Glad I bought this stuff!

I've tried quite a few eczema creams and lotions in the past and have really tried to avoid using steroids if possible. I would apply these creams/lotions to my effected areas multiple times a day but the itching and dryness would not go away for months. Now that it's winter, my skin has been even more irritated, itchy, red, scaly, patchy, and dry. After reading all the rave reviews about this product, I decided to give it a try...I should have bought this a long time ago!! My skin felt better and more calm after the first application. It's only been a few days since I started using this product and my skin moisture barrier is finally being repaired. The dryness, flaking, scaling is subsiding. I'm only having to apply once in the morning and before bed. Amazing product and for a fraction of the price of some of these other expensive eczema creams/lotions. Sometimes you just need a steroid to effectively and quickly treat eczema!
