A: you can just iron this one, but I would also using a pressing sheet to make sure I didn't scorch the vinyl

**Q: can this be ironed on with a regular clothing iron?**
A: Yes, it is made to use with a regular iron and it worked very well!

**Q: Can someone tell me which pressure setting I would set my Cricut to in order to cut through this material?**
A: You are supposed to use the Kiss Cut, you also need to mirror the image.  The plastic cover should stay intact, only the iron on piece will cut.
