Would you consider the pallet “airtight”?

Absolutely not airtight. The lid is warped (as some of the review photos show) and there is no gasket around the lid or base. I have been wrapping the paint cups and the bottom of the case with sticky plastic wrap and then popping the lid on. Problem solved, but the paints should be sold in a case that is airtight.

Can I use this to paint A drawing on my wall ?

You could paint your wall with this and then seal it with something.

No it does not come with brushes. A acrylic brush set should work with these.
