Why did you pick this product vs others?: The material & gel fill seemed the best choice to help with inflamed muscles. It doesn't stay cool enough for long enough. Buy I like using it

Comfortable application and straps help to herp it where it's needed. Also the strap helps to place it behind the back and then lean against a chair to hold it in place.
