I’ve been using this since September 2023 and it’s been working well so far. I almost use it daily for 5-10 minutes.

The product stopped working in less than 3 months! and no way to reach customer support. For such an expensive product i didnt expect this to happen. Will stick to the basic cheaper steamers from now. Works much better.
