For best results, use it for running, gym workouts, and high-intensity training. **Q: How does Rhythm+ 2.0 measure HRV and RRi data, and how do I use it?** A: Rhythm+ 2.0 tracks the subtle timing changes between heartbeats (RRi) to reveal HRV trends tied to stress and recovery. Stream RRi data to Morpheus Training, Elite HRV, or Welltory to spot patterns and guide when to push harder or prioritize rest. **Q: What apps and training platforms are compatible?** A: It pairs via Bluetooth or ANT+ with many popular apps and platforms, including STRAVA, Zwift, Technogym, Heart Zones Training, Elite HRV, HRV4Training, and Welltory; and connects with compatible devices like Garmin, Wahoo, Hammerhead, and Peloton. **Q: Will tattoos or skin tone affect heart rate accuracy?** A: Optical sensors can be affected by tattoos, heavy hair, motion, or placement. For best accuracy, wear the armband snug on the forearm, bicep, or tricep, avoid loose fit, and slightly reposition the band if readings seem inconsistent. **Q: Why isn’t the Rhythm+ 2.0 pairing with my app or device?** A: Make sure Bluetooth (or ANT+) is turned on and Rhythm+ 2.0 is in pairing mode. If it still won’t connect, close and reopen the app, turn Bluetooth off and back on, and try pairing again. If another device is connected, disconnect it first. ## Frequently Bought Together - Scosche Rhythm 24 Heart Rate Monitor Armband - Fitness Armband with Dual Band ANT+ & BLE Bluetooth - Waterproof & Dustproof Accurate Heart Rate Monitors with Built-in Memory for Storing Workout Data - Scosche Rhythm24 and Rhythm+ 2.0 Replacement Strap - Scosche RTHMCCS ChargeCase Universal Charging Case for Rhythm+, Rhythm 24, Apple Watch, Smart Watches and Most Small Rechargeable Electronic Devices Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/256302111-scosche-rhythm-24-heart-rate-monitor-armband-fitness-armband-dual](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/256302111-scosche-rhythm-24-heart-rate-monitor-armband-fitness-armband-dual) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
