The term Stepdrill would be correct for this drill bit, Forstner refers to a type of drill bit used in carpentry, many customers not familiar with tools may get confused. The finish accuracy on the drilled holes is acceptable.

could be much much better, simply would not cut into a stainless steel cabinet, there was already a hole that needed to be enlarged and this was simply not up to the job, DO NOT buy this unless used on tissue paper, a complete con and waste of my money
