Is the "new" formula still in use? I see lots of negative reviews of it compared to the old formula.

Hi Ryan! Yes, the new formula is still in use. It's almost identical to the old formula. The two major differences are the addition of CPC, a chemical clinically proven to kill the germs linked to gingivitis, and improving the flavor with xylitol, a natural sweetener with proven oral health benefits. We understand that change can be difficult for some, and have seen many of the negative reviews and understand their concerns. why include PEG-40????

PEG-40 is used to increase viscosity. Polyethylene glycol of different lengths are used all over medicine. For example, PEG-3350 is MiraLAX.

Does this help remove tartar?

I know it says clean mint, but does that mean this is peppermint or spearmint?

Worst product ..

Worst experience... I previously buyer this product. It was amazing but this time it just does the reverse. Now my condition is critical with using this product. Also the product is different with what I used in 2017... Never buy this product again
