Does this have a straw inside?

No. They have some that look a lot like this that do have a straw, however, these auto spout ones do not. They have a button you push that opens a home to drink through. Less parts!

Are these bottle bpa free?

Yes, it is actually molded onto the bottom of the bottle- "BPA Free." My daughter loves hers- had them for about 10 months now- scratched up but still work fine.

How can I buy just the top? Have two bottles but tje tops broke on each.

Contigo has a lifetime guarantee on the tops. If you still have them, you can submit a claim. I've replaced more tops than I can count at this point because they keep breaking. But they always send a free replacement (often a completely new water bottle).

Does this have a straw?

There is no straw. You press a button and open the inside rubber seal to drink. Hope this answers your question.
