Is this product naturally cool to the touch?

Yes it is cool to the touch because its a real stone not plastic for which is good. I even put mine in the fridge so when I use it its really cold and its good for my eye bags or around my eye areas.

What is the proper contact information to inform someone that my order had the jade roller but did not have the gua sha? it was missing from package
