I read all of the most recent reviews before purchasing this swing and was kind of worried about some of the things being said but when reading reviews I always look for the ones that talk about the product itself not the customer service or assembly of it all. Here is what I think about the subjects some have brought up.Assembly: Easy, my husband and I had no issues what so ever. Yes took a little bit but only because there are a lot of parts to it. Can be done alone but it will be a little difficult when doing the first step putting legs together it definitely helps having someone hold it up.Height of it: I am 5.3 my husband is 6.2 and it’s of course is perfect height for me lol 😂 my husband said it isn’t bad for him either and is enjoying it as much as I am.Cushions falling forward: haven’t had an issue either it all.Comfortable (bar running in middle): I am on the heavier side for my height (won’t disclose my weight lol) and I’m comfy. Some did say they wish the cushions was one whole piece. I do agree with that only because seems would be more aesthetically pleasing.I hope I addressed all of the concerns everyone has. All in all I absolutely love it. We became empty nesters back in June and bought an RV and now living the RV life so we got this swing for our RV spot.

It was just what I wanted. I don't believe it was easy to assemble, but the directions were clear and all the parts were there.

It sits very low. Not great for tall people. I am 5'7" and my feet are flat on floor. But it is easy to assemble; I did it by myself. It is comfortable and works as intended. The cushions could be a little bit thicker.

It looks great. It’s big enough to accommodate my extra large husband. The cushions are very thick.

I purchased this product in 2023. Since then the seat needs to be replaced. I reached out to the company and following is their response:BCP Live Chat SupportPlease be advised that we do not sell the parts separately from our fully furnished products as we sell them as a whole on our website.To set your expectations, what we do is provide free spare parts replacement if that specific part is available in stock and if the order is still within our 60 days warranty period.I have checked the details of your order. Unfortunately, the purchase is already outside our 60 days warranty period as this was purchased on 7/11/2023.For this reason, we regret to let you know that we will no longer be able to provide any resolution at this time.Also, the company suggested I do not purchase a replacement seat from anywhere else as it may cause damage. (Damage to the swing I can't use without a seat?) I gave one star only because you can't submit review with no stars.

The swing is okay it looks better onthe website theninperson the color is good but cushions are very bad quality thinand flimsy and no string to attatch the cushions tothe swing i may have to buy new ones
