The company contacted me instantly and explained my mistake and fixed my order. They didn't need to, and they were very kind (not condescending) when explaining exactly where I made the mistake. I honestly am 100% stunned that a company would care so much about just one person who basically bought the wrong size and made a buyers error.So, not only are the socks some of the best non slip socks (I use these socks and others because of medical reasons, not yoga), the company's customer service is just as impressive as their product. They are well worth the price whether it's for yoga or medical and I will be buying again the next time I have an extra 20$ left over at the end of a month (disability really doesn't give you much, especially for a 44 year old male with no children.). Way better than regular socks.Cotton feels nice and they breathe well so my feet don't get sweaty. The closed-toe design is way easier than those weird toe socks.My issue is the material stretches out after a few wears. They start fitting snug but after wearing them a handful of times they get loose and start sliding around on my foot. Still usable but annoying.I wash them on delicate and air dry but doesn't seem to help much with the stretching.They work fine for what they are and the grips still hold up.
