WiltonReady-To-Use Decorator Icing 16oz, White

Ordered this specifically because I could control the consistency. Used to make tulips and flowers on this cake. Worked perfectly. It was a bit sweet, but it's frosting. I don't like the long list of ingredients, but again it was used specifically for flowers and not to grist a cake.

The flavour was horrible and unable to make it better.

I buy this for practice cakes or when im in a pinch (i like to make my own otherwise). You get perfect consistency for designs that require stiff buttercream. The medium consistency works well too. I will say tho… its very “out of the box” tasting. So if you dont mind that- its perfection

This was time for me when decorating. It is very stiff though. Hard to get out of the container. I did you it as a base and added cocoa powder and a little milk and whipped it. It made a wonderful chocolate cream frosting. But on its own it did have a little bit of plastic after taste. Overall the time saving aspect will definitely have me buying it again.

I like sweets and am not picky, but the taste was very poor, artificial with a bitter nutty or grassy under taste. Even I would Not use it again and even the poor icing for sale in the supermarket is much better. Truth is, Google the recipe for real butter cream icing and make it yourself. Very easy and 500% better tasting.
