It works. Can be used wireless via the slightly larger than I'd like dongle, can be used wired via usb micro cable, and can be used bluetooth. I recommend using dongle or usb cable when gaming if possible because I trust a dongle or a cable more than bluetooth for latency and stability though is nice to have the option to use bluetooth so it can work on my phone. I wish the color of the lights were red not blue but to each their own. Cherry red switches are nice for gaming but I prefer browns for typing so to each their own. The lap board is really nice but tends to have a smell for the first few day to a week, does go away after a while but you do have to let it breathe for a while. The issue is insertion and removal from the lapboard can be tricky, the hooks under the keyboard need to be aligned for it to go in and hold but it just takes a quick look to get it right... just don't force it or you may risk breaking it if you have the keyboard in wrong and you reef on it. So far not an issue and is fairly solid though.

I'm not one to leave reviews for products often but felt like it was important to do so specifically because of my personal experience that may be helpful to someone else. I game on my htpc in my living room which sits in my entertainment center, with a wall mounted tv above it. I also use the corsair harpoon wireless mouse. My living room is 16' wide x 22' long. With both dongles plugged into front usb ports, sitting in my recliner 10' away I could not get the lapboard or mouse to stay connected at all. It was simply non-functional. Same thing with sitting on my couch 17' away. Until I'd stand up... While standing up holding the lapboard and using the mouse it never dropped the connection no matter where I was at in the room. So I decided to buy some 10' usb extension cables and run them from my pc up the track that houses my tv cables and then plug the dongles into the usb extensions hanging just out of my cable track... And it works fantastic. I can sit anywhere in the room and game without a bit of signal loss! Really enjoying the product now! It's well made and battery life is excellent. I do keep my brightness setting a little lower on the backlighting but still bright enough to play in the dark. Keyboard is a tad loud with keystrokes but that was never an issue with me. Overall I'm really pleased with a quality option for playing with a keyboard and mouse on my couch or recliner. Happy gaming!

This is the absolute best way to use your PC from your couch. It's comfortable on your lap and the weight makes it feel sturdy and stable. The mouse pad is very smooth and will have a tendency to leave mice sliding off if you're not careful, but it does allow for quick movements in games. I play FPS games a lot on it and I don't have any issues with wobble or shifting. The old school cherry reds are a classic touch that feels like quality too. The snap in and out feature is great for when I want to use the keyboard at my desk instead too. Very easy to use and has a solid hold when clipped in. No tools needed at all. This set is an absolute must have if you work from home or just enjoy using a PC from a couch rather than a desk. It's a winner

This is my first mechanical keyboard, and I was looking to buy something reasonably priced for a trial run, but still sturdy, well-made, and good-looking. I wanted to get rid of the numpad without loosing anything else, so a TKL formfactor was the best choice for me. A backlight was also on the list of requirements, since I am on a keyboard more than 12 hours a day, and am quite fond of the darkness. I am also slightly visually impaired, so I was looking for something that I could dim a lot while retaining the ability to see what I was doing if necessary. In the pictures, you can see the "rain" preset with a 6% opacity. I am loving it. The ice blue led is also a big hit here. I was concerned about the cherry red switches, since I like to keep noise at a minimum, but I listened to quite a few youtube videos (you need to hear the sound of a switch with a cap on to really understand what it will sound like), and realized that the "silent red" switch was not for me. I am glad I opted for the red one: I find my experience quite enjoyable! The keyboard is quite responsive and I actually like the sound the switches are making. I can't comment much on the battery: it's been two days since the first charge and the gauge says "moyen" (I would prefer a number, but nothing is perfect), which is what I was expecting. I use a KVM switch, and the proprietary software used to configure the keyboard is interfering with it, so I plugged a USB hub in the general purpose 2.0 USB port and put my two wireless receivers on it. So far so good!

The small form factor of this keyboard was what attracted me to it in the first place. Having a mechanical keyboard has been a dream for me for quite some time and this keyboard did not disappoint. I have not missed the lack of num-pad and the size means I can fit in my bag and take it with me for use with my phone or tablet. Both Bluetooth and 2.4k wireless are available out of the box. I found blue tooth had a very slight lag when gaming, but was absolutely fine for other activities. Also comes with a cable for cabled use. Installation was very easy and quick, as was initial charging. Once you have downloaded the iCue software you have a few options for the LED settings. I was a little disappointed that you could not set specific keys to be illuminated, but this was a small niggle. A comprehensive array of macros can be set using the software, making the keyboard very flexible. Average battery life with LEDs on is around 24 hours and with LEDs off is around 72 hours. For the price, I think this is one of the best mechanical gaming keyboards out there and would thoroughly recommend it.
