What's the best toner to tone out deeper red/orange???

To tone you would want your hair lightened to a pale yellow or copper. If you are seeing red still it is not light enough to just tone out at that level. I first use white bleach to a pale yellow or white if I'm lucky than go to a mixture of demi toner with cool tones like vanilla creme and natural blonde or iced platinum..t18 will not help you need both ash or purple and the blue

If your hair is very deep, it needs to be further lightened (bleach) before toning. For dark brown or black hair- it gets red, then orange when stripped of pigment. You can try toning, but it might not be enough. Best bet for dark hair is further bleaching and then toning or permanent color of your choice.

Do I mix this with bleach
