How many washes does it last?

It lasts a few washes, depending on which shade you use, what color your hair is, and how porous your hair is. But in general, it's a semi-permanent toning and color maintaining product.

Does this actually moisturize color damaged hair? I get that it deposits color, but I mostly need a few conditioner with an added bonus of color.

Yes this mask moisturizes, reconstructs and repair damaged hair. It contains keratin derivatives and pro-vitamin B5 which repair hair effectiely. I have white hair will the outcome be purple highlights? Looking fir toning down the white.

No will not give purple highlights. It cares for brassiness from product residue build up well, but will not tone down the white color
