How do you get the pump open to dispense the product? I know I sound like an idiot but I've turned it both ways and it still won't dispense.

I felt the same ugh... I figured it out... tighten the whole cap so it is not turning and slide the tap clock-wise and you will feel the tap click then you can push it down a few times to get rid of the air and then the conditioner will start coming out. If you pay attention the cap has a sign with arrow which is VERY VERY difficult to see :( It says OPEN CLOSE with arrows in between. Check this out, take a picture of it with your cellphone and enlarge it, you will probably see it if you angle it right.

Is it good to use if it just came in an amazon package but had no kind of wrapping on it? There’s nothing wrong with the actual product.

The one I purchase had no package it came in a yellow manila envelope with the bubbles inside, ❤️the other one I bought just came into an Amazon box with the big clear bubble wrap plastic 🖤so I would say yes because it looked ,smelled just like the same product💚 try Aunt Jackie's that's on sale now and is 12 oz for $5.99 for for not on my watch instantly tangler.I hope this helped

Can I use this product and Pantene oil treatment on my hair after I wash&condition my hair?

I use a leave in conditioner and oil after. (Mine are not Pantene brand.) I think it depends on how dry your hair is.
