What is the heavy metal ppm per serving? I would like the actual numbers please. Thank you!

I guess the issue with that is they are not fda approved so there’s no way to check if they have been tested for heavy metal ppm. Check with the company? I’m not the seller or anything I’m just another customer.

No magnesium in this formula. Is anyone else concerned about that and supplement with magnesium on the side?

Not concerned as far as with the product itself, but my opinion is to take a separate magnesium supplement as most multi's either include no magnesium at all, or a very minimal amount. It is not a reflection of this vitamins quality. I have always taken a separate, high quality magnesium supplement to ensure I am covered. Magnesium is definitely an important mineral and we tend to be magnesium deficient

What happened to the folate?

Your question isn't very clear...but yes there's folate, not folic acid (the natural ingredient folate as opposed to the man made version - folic acid).

Do these work well for breastfeeding mothers?

I'm still nursing my 15 month old and I started taking these as a prenatal. I don't know about "work well" but I love them and definitely don't think they've hurt my supply what-so-ever.
