Great product! For some reason I thought it would make my hair become softer and less damaged over time. But it only does that while it's IN your hair, once washed out your hair goes back to normal. I used it only on damp hair. Addressing its claims: 1) Adds body - I did not notice this effect in my thin, fine hair. 2) Detangles - YES!!! Very good for this! 3) Adds shine - Maybe? 4) Protects - didn't notice 5) Moisturizes - only when left in the hair 6) Controls frizz - I have strong frizz, but this helped somewhat 7) Repairs dry hair - No, it just feels better when this is in. 8) Heat protection - I don't use heat, so can't say 9) Mends split ends - Can't say if it did that 10) Creates silkiness - OMG, YES!!! Buy this if you want your damaged hair to feel soft and silky, and maybe need some detangling to get a brush through without breaking hair. Good for dry hair as it will add to the "oily" appearance of hair. This will not actually repair damage, but it feels much less damaged with it in.

This is a fantastic product for frizz, tangles, heat protection, etc. It is way better than its a 10 (what I used to use) at a third of the price and twice the product.
