They do not all fit the same. You need the dimensions of the hole the handle fits into. Sometimes the manufacturer’s site is best for replacement parts.

I've been a bricky over 40 years, this hammer is slightly larger than your normal brick hammer, having said that I think it is an excellent, well made hammer for use by a Bricklayer, not for smashing rocks but for use with brickwork
