It made hair fall increase rather than decrease.

I've been using this with their conditioner for almost a year now.I switched to Ustraa from those overpriced scented toxic vats that salons will swear by, after doing some reading up on what to look for in your everyday shampoo, and resolving to take better care of what little hair I have left. This one fit the bill (sulphate and paraben free, no strong scent, etc), and I haven't gone back since I first used it.It will clean your hair without making it ultra dry and squeaky. It's very light, and may require more than one pass if you don't shampoo at least twice a week.

I have used this shampoo for more than 2 months, it doesn't completely stopped my hairfall but it surely did so less hairfall

This shampoo is sulphate and paraben free but I wouldn't recommend it as an alternative to commercial shampoos because it is extremely mild. You may find that this suits you if you have a sensitive scalp or very thin/sparse hair. Usually it takes me two washes to actually remove the oil and dirt from my hair. I don't use it often enough to judge whether it works to prevent hairfall but it is definitely less damaging to the hair, since it is so mild.
