Organic Non Enriched Whole Wheat Pasta Busiate from Sicily, Italy, 2-Pack

This is the best pasta and well worth the price. My boyfriend wanted to assure his food quality and bought a farm and raises hormone free, antibiotic free, pesticide free beef and free range chickens and this is the only pasta he uses. Our friend had a heart transplant in his early 40s and has diabetes. This pasta doesn't make his sugar spike. He thought it was a fluke so he ate it again and it still did not make his sugar spike. My boys have had tummy troubles their whole lives, my late husband had them as well and this pasta doesn't hurt their tummy's. Not only does it taste great, it is clearly made with quality ingredients. It is expensive, but we can spend the money now and feel great or spend the money on Healthcare costs when the food with low quality ingredients makes us sick. We love this pasta. The pasta is AMAZING—it cooks well and holds it texture

So far, we've had the wide flat noodles. This is really good pasta. Doesn't chunk up when chewed like many/most whole wheat pastas we've tried. Only thing missing is some cooking directions. But we monitored the cooking process, added more time, and figured it out. When done, it's still a bit firm and chewy, not the kind of flat pasta that wraps around your fork, more like a pasta you'd actually cut up. No worrys about 'al dente' since it does not get mushy. Also, because it's still sturdy when cooked, it would be a good pasta to use for 'in oven' recipes. Highly recommend for it's almost nutty taste and satisfying texture.

I ordered Papa Vince pasta because I’m in America and have been looking for an unenriched pasta without folic acid. I can’t find it anywhere around me. Papa Vince pasta tastes amazing and it came out perfectly al dente after 11 minutes. I had no digestion issues after eating it. When I eat enriched pasta I always feel sick and bloated after, and my stomach gurgles. The cost of Papa Vince is pretty steep, but I don’t eat a lot of pasta, so the cost is worth it for me. I love it.

This pasta is delicious! True Italian pasta cannot be beat, you will not be disappointed. This pasta is tastier and more substantial than other brands. We will be buying more.

Best pasta I’ve ever tasted! Very authentic and delicious

I have not been able to eat "normal" American gluten products for many years. I get the most horrific gas and bloating and explosive "you know what", for DAYS if I eat even something that gluten items even touched! It's a severe sensitivity. I've done TONS of research and wanted to test the theory that in America it's not that we are gluten sensitive, it's that we are sensitive to the chemicals used to process wheat. Wheat in America is now harvested by spraying it with Roundup and killing it first, then harvesting. This is why years ago there weren't "gluten issues", and now there are. I read about numerous gluten sensitive American's going to Italy and other European countries and being able to eat gluten containing foods without issue, because Europe still harvests wheat the traditional way. Also, I had a food sensitivity test done and neither wheat nor gluten nor gliaden came back as sensitive for me. So I had to test this theory and found this pasta in my Amazon search for a gluten product imported from Italy made with non-GMO wheat. And low and behold....THE THEORY HOLDS TRUE! I ate the most biggest bowl of delicious gluteny pasta last night, covered in my favorite homemade sauce and NOT ONE ISSUE! And it tastes divine! The perfect bite and flavor! Oh gluten, how I missed you!!! <3 So, unless you have celiac disease or a wheat/gluten allergy, and you didn't always have a gluten sensitivity your whole life, I recommend giving it a go! You hopefully have the same results!

This is REAL pasta! It is just like the pasta we had when we visited Sicily because it is from Sicily. If you want to taste real pasta not mush you have to try this pasta
