This is really good pasta. Doesn't chunk up when chewed like many/most whole wheat pastas we've tried. Only thing missing is some cooking directions. But we monitored the cooking process, added more time, and figured it out. When done, it's still a bit firm and chewy, not the kind of flat pasta that wraps around your fork, more like a pasta you'd actually cut up. No worrys about 'al dente' since it does not get mushy. Also, because it's still sturdy when cooked, it would be a good pasta to use for 'in oven' recipes.
