Not recommended for everyone!
I only used this product a few times and in general I came to like it on day 4. I may purchase it again if I see results by the time I run out of it. I’ll share an update when that time comes. This product is not for everybody out there.-If you are a coffee person and want to get your “vital proteins” in your coffee, then this helps.-it does not have a coconutty or any flavor once its in your coffee, but it does have a texture and a little salty taste. I like it but without any sweeteners (stevia or sugar). When I first got it, I was adding stevia and it tasted horrible. It tastes way better without any sweeteners and it actually made me drop the sweetness in my Cappuccino (using the Nespresso machine), which is a great and amazing thing! I used to have my Cappuccino cup with brown/white sugar on a daily basis for 5 years! However, the calories are high and a lot more than the ones that were in the sugar I used to add.-It does give a lot of energy and one day I went without it and felt absolutely drained out of energy.-I would get it again if I see results by the time the little box runs out.-I did it get the shipment really quick and it was not lumpy.-If I don’t see results by the time the box runs out, then I would not ever get it again as its pricey and high in calories and does not have an extraordinary taste.-it worked well with Macademia and Cow milk. I liked it better with Macademia milk and no sweeteners.-Mixing it was hard, I had to use a little whisk in my cup. If you do not mix it well you do get this really bad sand texture between your teeth! So, it all comes down to if it gives great results and helps with better skin, hair and nails!

Some minor dissolving/blending issues, but overall love this product!
I will start with the downsides to this product. If I bring this to work and do not have access to a blender or frother, and only have a spoon to blend, it does stay a tad gritty. However if I use the frother on my Ninja Coffee station, there is no grittiness at all! For someone like myself, who looks to substitute in healthy options into my everyday lifestyle this is a great trade off and an amazing product that has been added to my daily coffee routine. Not only does it give me some added collagen which has noticeably helped my nails, but it also gives me 5g of protein right off the bat which is great! The creamer has enough flavor without being sweet, so it adds some flavor to your coffee, but doesn't feel like it is loaded with sugar like you sometimes get with a traditional creamer. As others have mentioned, it is a bit clumpy when it arrives but it really isn't as big of a deal as others have made it out to be, the clumps break up easily and still incorporate fine in the coffee.I will leave you with this....If you are looking for a healthy substitution to your daily creamer, this could be a great option, just know what you are getting and set your expectations accordingly. Will this be as sweet as a coffee mate creamer...no, will it blend as perfectly as those chemical laden powdered creamers?-- yes, if you use a frother or blender, no if you use a spoon.

Varying amounts in container
I have been using this for about 6 months, so have ordered several times. You will see other reviews on Amazon complete with photos complaining the container is only half full or the seal is off the container. What I have noticed is there definitely seems to be a varying amount of product in the container. I drink the same 1 cup of coffee everyday. I use the same amount of creamer each time. That should make the ordering intervals fairly consistent, but I checked my order history and some containers have lasted much longer than others. I haven't taken any trips away from my home due to the pandemic, so it has been the same amount consumed each month. This last container had product all the way up to just below the top, but others have only been about half full. That is my only gripe with the product. Either someone is copying the containers and splitting the product as some reviews suggest or there is poor quality control at the factory. I make sure to only order from the Vital Proteins store now in case it is a reseller issue.

Paleo Coffee's new BFF
I was hesitant when i had read some of the reviews that this product didn't mix well, separated when mixed in liquids, didn't taste like the flavor it was supposed to be, shipping took a long time, etc.... all I can say is I was the exception to the negative reviews. My product arrived on time, and a few times earlier than expected. The flavors are right on. I have tried all flavors: Coconut, Gingerbread, Mocha, and Vanilla. I love them all. I have yet to try mixing this into cold coffee (because I live in the PNW and cloud cover and rain take up like 11 months out of the year) but I can use a spoon to mix my peptide creamer into my coffee, and it dissolves almost instantly. I could see how some people would say that this is not flavored like "Starbucks" or "Coffee Mate" but that is only because this is made with all natural ingredients, as in the Gingerbread tastes like ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon, instead of synthetic sugar with a hint of fabricated ginger. I have been faithfully ordering this brand and product for a couple years, and it is great! I hope you give this brand a try.

Good... worth price??
I use daily in coffee. It's my second canister I have bought on Amazon. Directions call for 2 scoops per serving, but I use only one with a bit of almond milk and stevia. I whisk with a mini electric hand blender and it comes out frothy and delicious. I don't think it mixes well without the blender. I love the flavor but I don't think for the price it is worth it. One canister does not even last a month and I am only using half a serving a day. I am not sure if I am seeing any benefits of the collagen?? I've been incorporating more whole foods, little to no processed foods, and no sugar, and have almost completely cut out dairy products. I do feel better overall so assuming combination of everything. Will I buy again? Probably not. I will look elsewhere to see if I can find cheaper alternatives
