Awesome super strong killer rim !!!
So,this rim is advertised as aircraft grade aluminum.It is NOT ! I believe it is chromed steel.with that being said,I was disappointed for about 30 seconds,then I fell in love.This thing is rock solid ! Some say it's heavy,but for being steel,it's pretty damn light.I ordered this rim because I destroy around 3 pr year on my beast of a beach cruiser.I run 2.5 inch maxxis hookworms and with these rims,it looks hot rod as hell !! I ordered the front rim two days ago ;-)

Not Aluminum...Steel
This is not made from "Aircraft Grade Aluminum." It's made from Steel. Just another kink in my bike building plans caused by incorrect descriptions by the seller.

Not,"high grade aircraft aluminum", it's steel
I don't understand why they just aren't honest and say they are steel, they're great quality for steel. Some people are specifically looking for aluminum & steel wheels are less expensive.I already let them know on the rear wheels that they are stated as "high grade aircraft aluminum" but in fact are steel also. Once again they're excellent quality for steel wheels, I just don't get it.

The rim is all steel!!!! Not one part of it is aluminum!
