Does this produc clean as well or just polish? For motorcycle pipe

Yes, it cleans very well. In fact it is primarily a cleaner. Do not do in the sun or on hot metal as we found out. You might also get one of those foam polishing cones you can put in your drill to get a move even finish.

Could I use this with a dremel/rotary tool and a polishing disc to remove rust?

This is a great polish…. But, in my opinion it will not remove rust. This polish is for stainless, aluminum or chrome.

What's the difference with the Autosol metal polish?

This is specialised for stainless steel

Does it work to polish stainless steel watches?

It works in stainless steel generally. Please check if the stainless is coated because it will remove the coating, so be careful. Also, be gentle with other parts that are not stainless. Clean with alcohol.
