Superb Smartphone!
Awesome smartphone! A very nice upgrade. Lightweight and very fragile, so a protective case and screen protector is a must. Cool and vibrant prism color variant. Camera as always top of the line in my personal opinion. Sound is great as well. This can can hadle almost all apps from productivity to games. Fingerprint sensor need a lot of tuning but you got alternative security measures. Really missing the LED indicators but doesn't sacrifice performance. Box is sealed without plastic film, everything inside is complete and original. Delivery is well commended.

Quality Product and Service
There was a software problem in the phone I have received (Samsung S10+), I had contacted the supplier through amazon customer care. The supplier (AL FWAR GENERAL TRADING LLC) replaced my phone with a new one. It is working fine. Great customer support from the supplier side. Thank you!!!

Impressive Phone , but NOT UAE Version that received.
Good phone to use . never had issues with the phone. But the one supplied by online-DXB merchant is not UAE Version as mentioned in the Title , so you can't claim official warranty with SAMSUNG. I have checked this via chatting with SAMSUNG GULF Support team person. This mobile version belongs to VIETNAM and I wonder how come these guys are selling it with TRA Approval :-(. I am now in the process of reaching out to merchant for changing the same . Let's see if this works out well.

Really good product from samsung. Not so expensive but the features are really good plus the wide angle camera and the under display finger print is superb and last, very good display.

Big fan of samsungs after changing from iPhone and this is another great phone after my s7. Quick to run games, apps etc. No issues at all.

everything is great, consider buying a screen protector and cover cause the ones came with the device aren't the best. fingerprint sensor doesn't work with normal glass protectors but face recognition is a great alternative. about the phone itself everything is on bar with the latest and the greatest flagships. only one downside is selfie camera in low lights and that's my review.

كل شيئ تمام والجهاز بجد تحفه ولكن وصلني قبل الميعاد المتفق عليه بأسبوعين ولكن الجهاز بس الذاكره ليست 128 وانا هي 512جيجابايت البائع ليس لديه اي مصداقيه والجهاز باظ بعد كام شهر وبقالي اسبوع وكام يوم بنتحايل علي البائع انه يبعت فاتوره ضريبيه علشان اودي الفون للضمان اسواء تجربه مريت بيها من الاونلاين لأن اغلبية حاجاتي بجيبها اونلاين

Problème de prise chargeur
Après quelques mois d'utilisation, j'éprouve de grosses difficultés à charger le téléphone, la prise de celui-ci ne permettant pas une bonne connexion avec le chargeur
