Dry ink cartridge delivered as new
Very bad quality of ink cartridges. The colour cartridge is already dry and it is not dispensing colour ink although I just installed this new colour cartridge. I want to return the full pack.

Not original. The toner is usually packed in a plastic wrapping then put in the box. This is not the case. It is in the box unwrapped. And they are 3 separate boxes not one package as the picture.
