This is a good, quality product
This is a very good product. I take it with food and I can definitely feel something within about 45 minutes to an hour. I've been taking it while hitting the gym and lifting weights and it seems to help along with taking other proven things such as branched chain, amino acids (BCAAs). I think it's well worth the money, especially if you're working out.
