I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Sqwinchers Zero Qwik Stiks! I have been drinking Sqwinchers Zero Qwik Stiks since 1996. I still LOVE the Orange, but this Lemonade Tea, is just as great! Open the little pkg and add it to a bottle of water and you are set! *Zero sugar, you have your electrolytes, tastes great, and you are hydrated. Perfect drink all year round! Tasty, Affordable, Hydrating
These packs turn your water into a nice sports drink. I'm an electrician by trade after leaving the office world and one thing I had to adapt to was heat and staying hydrated. One of my jobs introduced me to these drink mixes and they were a game changer for staying hydrated. I figured since the employer gave them out like candy, they must be affordable, and I was right. These are the best value for money that I've found and I always keep some in my work truck. Easy to use, pour it into a water bottle and shake it, that's all.

Taste Great
At first found these when our work ordered them. And ever since then I keep ordering them lol. They are a little pricey, but a lot cheaper than some of the other options and they taste really good actually like tea. They do what they’re supposed to do they help the nasty tapwater taste a lot better and provide some electrolytes support in the hot climate in which I work.

Better than I expected. Do not mix in cold water always use room temp because the powder clumps and takes forever to mix even with repeat shaking. It tastes pretty decent.
