Upon purchase I conditioned the sheath, basically waterproofed it and put a drop of super glue into the holes that contain stitching in any high stress points. I've found that the super glue bonds quickly to both the leather and stitching strengthening both for the long term. All in all it is made of leather, with heavy stitching giving it a handmade custom look. The size is perfect for my sod buster case knife. Knife fits really tight, but is easy to remove and replace.
