I started lifting heavier weights at the gym and kept getting sick or feeling under the weather. I read that it could be due to my immune system going into a sort of shock from lifting heavy. This seems to have helped and there is the added benefit that it's helping balance my GI and sports recovery! Has a slight taste if taken with water only, but I have gotten used to it as it mixes easily.
