I wait a long time to write a review about a product. This time, there is no need to wait to write it! BUY THIS! Here is my brief background. I just turned 42. I have no signs of peri menopause- my blood levels have been tested I was told by my doctor my luetal phase hormones were a little low but that I was still a “fair bit away” from Peri menopause. Cool right? Well here is the thing- my cycle is so regular you can set a watch by me. It comes every 26-28 days, last 3 days and then life starts again. I’m the last year I’ve undergone some MAJOR every day stress- I’m talking they had to prescribe me Xanax to make it through each day/evening. High amount of prolonged stress seems to have done a number on my cycle. Suddenly my cycle went from 26-28 days to 51!!!! I thought “it’s a fluke, I’m stressed, it will be normal next month” NOPE the next period was 46 days later!!!! This was scary. I have been taking this pill for a little over 3 months, and I have seen big changes! First off, let me explain my symptoms... I have PMDD and it is terrible! For a while I took birth control to control it, but it just made it worst. I tried many different brands but could not just find "the one". So I gave up and decided to just suck it up. My symptoms are usually drastic mood swings, one moment I am laughing, and the next I literally just start crying for no reason. Even I know there is no reason, but for some reason I just feel so sad that I cry (I am not a person that cries, I never cry, EVER). Lastly, my sex drive is like a roller coaster. Pretty much once my ovulation ends up until midways to my period, my sex drive is nonexistent. So what changes have I seen? Well... No drastic mood swings, those are gone. I do get easily angered, still, but not as extreme. The two periods that I had since I started taken my pills have been a breeze, I have not had cramps at all! Really helps with maintaining and regulating balance. I have been using it now for over a year and swear by it. Helped to decrease PMS symptoms and made the flow a bit more bearable.
