Bought this for my daughter who is always stuffed up. She seems to like it so far.

I picked up the Alkalol saline nasal spray to help with my dry, irritated sinuses, and it’s been a game-changer. The mist is cooling and refreshing, thanks to the blend of eucalyptus, menthol, and other essential oils. It doesn’t feel medicated or harsh—just gentle and soothing, exactly what I needed during allergy and cold season. Since using it, my nasal passages feel more comfortable, the dryness is gone, and it’s helped keep my sinuses clear without any junky chemicals. I can use it daily, in the morning and evening, and it never dries me out. It’s a simple, effective relief that comes from a brand I trust—it’s been around for over a century! It is worth the cost!

Why didn't I find this nose spray sooner! It is the best! It has not only saline but essential oils and it REALLY works. Really nice scent and worked quickly. I'd pay twice as much for this product, that I've never seen in a drug store. Great value! But more importantly it works. A friend used it too (yes...we sanitized it)and he loved it as well. I ended up buying him one for his cold/sneeze/allergy arsenal.

The essential oils help to clear the sinuses and keep everything moist. Kind of a mentholated salt rinse. I like it better than most nasal sprays, I put mine into a metered dose sprayer ( like most nasal sprayer) You will smell the essential oils and taste them in the back of the throat. Not super disagreeing but a little forewarning is a good thing to expect that

I was hoping that this would be a nice substitute for the alkalol nasal rinse while traveling, but this just doesn't work for me. I've used it several times now and I sadly don't notice a difference between when I do or don't use it. I'm glad that it seems to work well for others, but it just doesn't do much for me.
