Product is good but ordered from Amazon back in December and their shipping is slow. A turtle could have delivered it faster. I ended up ordering another bottle of this from another seller and got it in three days.

I used this transmission fluid in my 2003 Ford Ranger with automatic 2wd transmission it fits perfectly as recommended by the car manufacturer. It arrived on time and undamaged. The transaction was smooth as described on the website I recommend the product

Had an issue with a humming sound while turning my stirring wheel in my Lincoln MKX. Checked the power stirring fluid reservoir and it was low as a fingertip. Checked the manual and this was the recommended type. Took about a half the bottle to get it to the correct level. Humming stopped and everything's back to normal. Most retailers only have Mercon LV instead of Mercon V. Did a bit of research and they are indeed different. I wasn't going to chance using the wrong thing.

If you own a ford, Motorcraft is the standard fluids. I noticed a PS leak in my 2004 F-350 and none of the local auto parts stores had this in stock. Based on what I saw, it was a motorcraft item. However, what I received looked like the motorcraft PS fluid Mercon V, but was all in Spanish. I believe I received the genuine item, but it is working so far so I cannot complain.
