Had it for one month and now it is being retuned. Both EC and PH needed to be calibrated from the get go which is strange since most often they come pre-calibrated from the factory. I had to re-calibrate the ph 2 times in 2 weeks and finally, the ph would not longer calibrate. Now it is about 1.5 points off which makes it a nice paper weight. I thought that since it was 3 times more expensive than the 12 dollar throw away types, it would last longer. Nope. just more junk from China designed to look pretty and last just long enough to make returning impossible and just adds to the mountains of landfills we already have.

The way this calibrates is awesome, you are just given small adjustment screws for EC and Ph, allowing you to tweak it manually in a way no other offers. This has allowed me to calibrate it perfect and trust it.I bought ORP storage solution for mine, and that may contribute to the reliability in pH readings.Now the EC, the fools forgot the decimal place. So for an EC of 0.80, it will read "080". The number 80 is useless and has no units in the real world. The instructions say to take 80 x10 /1000 to get 0.80 mS/cm. wtf? Just fix your firmware.My second and final complaint is the cap has no seal designed in, so the storage solution it needs will quickly evaporate. That's the half the reason all pH meters have a cap.I'm undecided on keeping it... It takes accurate readings, but may not stay reliable if I can't keep storage solution against the pH probe.
