Peggior set di anelli in legno mai comprato. Scivolano le cinghie. Sono inutilizzabili per allenarsi in sicurezza in metodo calisthenics o similari. Ho addirittura riletto più di una volta le istruzioni disponibili nella confezione. Ma il problema purtroppo sono proprio le cinghie. Il materiale dell'impugnatura sembra ben fatto invece. Complessivamente deluso.

Me encantaron... todavía me confundo del lado... pero si lo metes del lado correcto la cuerda no se mueve nada si las pones del lado incorrecto la cuerda se mueve pero despacito... Espero poder mejorar en calistenia con esto y tener mejores brazos...

Very bad, reality does not represent the actual product. For example, 1- where is the blue strips on the rings, none is there. 2- there are no numbers on the band itself. The seller & his products need to be taken down.
