Nice looking alarm
No instructions. If you have to pull the pin, then if you put the pin back in does it silence the alarm?

It's loud
And combined with me setting off my car alarm, I think anyone trying to break into my home would decide it was way too noisy and move on. If I ever have a need to use it while out and about, i will update my review.

Great buy especially for the price
I got this for my mother. She walks our fur baby for her daily exercise. But she's 73, so I'm always concerned that she could fall or something could happen to her. So I got this for her to bring attention to herself if she needs help for any reason. I also asked that she keep it near the bed just in case ... she's getting up there in age.Let me say, I was pleasantly surprised to see how easy it is to use and how loud it gets. Being how inexpensive it is, I didn't have the highest of hopes. (lol) but I will say, the material it's made with doesn't seem that durable, so if be a little afraid to drop it on any sort of hard surface. But for the price, I'm not complaining. Also, the flashlight on it is a bonus.I got the 5 pack, now we all have one because it's a great tool for any of us to have on us at all times for various reasons.

Good value, and they work !
I liked that they arrived promptly, and undamaged.I reviewed many products. One of the reviews impressed me most. A gentleman stated he would use it and then throw it away in the bushes, and while the attacker is distracted by that he would get his pepper spray ready.I read it several times because it made me made me chuckle every time I read it, but it was a great example of how to use it. For that, one would need to attach the cloth strap to via belt/keychain or whatever, so to set it off you just grab the alarm and pull it free. Then throw it in the bushes, or somewhere difficult for the attacker to retrieve it immediately. The reason for this, is that it will then be able to continue to alarm. If, on the other hand you attach it to you by the keychain end, you can still set off the alarm by pulling off the cloth strap, but the alarm will be attached to you, and maybe the attacker will be able to stop it.Your choice, of course.I had them all on the desktop, and my curious kitty set one off !!! He must have been curious about the strap, and started plying with it. So obviously it's not difficult to use.Very good for the elderly, or kids.
