It worked perfectly for dandruff treatment. Worth it. But should be used only twice a week not more that that.

I had a barber's rash from my local's barbershop at the baseline of my scalp where they usually shave clean hairs and combs. What you need to do/dont need to do: Do not touch them, It will inflame or pop them cause this will just worsen and cause a massive outbreak. Hopefully, mine was small pointy little bumps. I use T-SAL (this product) and massage(apply) them liberally (not too thick) on the scalp as needed, I let it sit for about 20 minutes and just wash off (damp it with clean paper towel +warm water) (DO NOT ADD OR USE WITH ANY OTHER SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER) and notice the results immediately. Many of my inflamed painful bums are dramatically decrease in size and reduce the inflammation right away. I recommend this for everyone to use. It is great. Even though It came in two sizes (for $18 bucks this makes sense) reasonable amount. Worth the money.

I’ve struggled with psoriasis on my scalp for many many years... I’ve tried a few shampoos but stopped once I started going blonde since coal tar can cause blonde hair to discolor.. I was struggling to find one without that ingredient that actually worked. Then I found this.. and I’ve only used this three times and there’s already a huge difference on my scalp. The redness and the inflammation of the plaques has gone down drastically. The flakes have also gone down a little, but I’ve only used it three times, not expecting it to completely go away ever, but at least lessen the symptoms. And so far it has. Anyone that has psoriasis on any part of their body knows how embarrassing it is.. it makes you want to hide everything and looking for an answer that isn’t a pill or injections.. This was my answer!
