Is this powder safe for women's groins?

It's not a powder, it's more like a deodorant stick. Its solid and you apply it. You probably want to make sure you don't apply it directly on your "groin" but along your bikini line would be fine. Its for external use only and could cause irritation to your lady parts.

Yes, it sure will. I am a long distance runner, and I use this between my thighs to prevent chafe. It holds up!

Is this good for preventing blisters on the bottom of your feet for exercise type walking?

i like it for preventing irritation at the back of my ankle from new shoes. it was working so well i made the mistake of applying it to the bottoms of my feet as well and it made my feet kinda slide around a bit in my shoes and caused irritation there.

Can i use this to put on the top of my foot to prevent the shoe from digging into my foot

It won't keep the shoe from digging into your foot, but it would help the shoe to slide over your foot. It really just keeps the skin from sticking together and makes it slide easier. It's great for that.

Solve a problem that expensive gear couldn’t
