Product stopped working after 2 weeks of use
The product was working well for 2 weeks , after that it just stopped working, there has been no physical damage , we tried changing batteries ,it just wont work.... called the vendor over phone for assistance , she said the product does not come with any warranty....the product packaging has a clear marking that says 1 year warranty, but vendor refuses to accept the warranty or provide any assistance with repairing
