Best instant yeast ever

Best yeast!
Excellent product! I haven't had a single issue with rise since I started using this yeast. I keep the bag in the freezer and fill a small container in the fridge when needed. So much better and easier than yeast packets! Makes delicious bread.

Quick rise
I have been using other yeast products for years. The first time I used Scratch Brand, I got a quicker than usual rise. The bread was wonderful, and the next two times I used it, the same rise and finished loaf. It usually takes 2 hours for the first rise. This was ready in one. The recipe I use calls for 60 to 90 minutes first rise, but previously has taken 2 hours. I am very pleased with this yeast.
